A warm
front roared in overnight, causing the temperatures to climb to near sixty
degrees by morning, thirty degrees higher than anything we’ve experienced for
over two weeks.
How
strange that this first day of winter arrives like spring, with warming air
over the snowpack causing fog so thick in the morning light. Large streams of
water pour down the hills of Grove Street, in places as sheets of flowing melt
water that establish ripples within.
